Chasing a signer who has not signed

Automatic reminders go out before the expiry date, never after it. You can also send one manually from the document, at most once a day.

If a signer says they never received it, check the audit trail first: it records whether the delivery bounced, and whether the link was opened. A bounce is an address problem, not a signer problem, and resending to the same address will bounce again.
