Paperwork does not keep office hours
A lender sends an agreement at four in the afternoon. The person who has to sign it is driving, then cooking, then finally sitting down at twenty to ten at night. 247Docs exists for that twenty to ten.
We started it after watching a funding deal lose four days to a printer, a scanner and a colleague who was on annual leave. Nothing about the agreement was slow. Everything about the paper was.
Three things we decided not to build

We are not a law firm
We do not tell you whether your agreement is enforceable, and we do not sell a template that pretends to. What we do is deliver it, collect the signatures and keep the record straight.

We are not a place to live in
The product runs on email because email is where a document is actually useful. There is no feed, no inbox to check daily, nothing to come back to between signatures.

We are not a bulk sender
Every desk is opened by a person who read the application, because everything we send asks someone to sign something. That is the reason our mail reaches an inbox.
Is your paperwork a fit?
Apply and we will tell you in two business days. If what you send cannot be signed electronically, we say so plainly rather than taking the account and letting you find out later.
