In order when a later signer needs to see an earlier one's answer, in parallel when they are peers. Each gets their own link, tied to their own address.

They open it in a browser. No account, no password, no app to install. Reminders go out before the deadline, never after it.

The last signature seals the file. Everyone named on it gets the completed copy and the audit trail, and it lands on your Signed desk.

The trail is the product
Sent, delivered, opened, signed or declined - each with a timestamp to the second and the address the action came from. It travels inside the completed PDF and nobody can edit it, us included.

Links belong to one address
A signing link is bound to the address it was sent to. Forwarding it to a colleague does not let them sign in your place, which is the difference between a signature and a rumour.

We do not read your documents
No profiling, no training, no scanning for anything other than malware. We disclose a document only where the law compels it, and where we are permitted to, we tell you first.

Ten years on file
Completed documents and their trails are kept for a decade, because a dispute rarely arrives the same quarter. Anything that never completed is deleted after eighteen months.
