How long records are kept

Completed documents and their audit trails are kept for ten years, which is what lets us answer a dispute years after the fact. A document that never completed is deleted 18 months after it was last touched, and you can delete a draft yourself at any time.

If you close your account you get 30 days to export everything before deletion.
