Signing
What a signer sees
A signer gets one email with your business name in the subject, opens a link, reads the document in the browser, and signs. No account, no password, no app.
Before signing they are asked to agree that an electronic signature counts as their signature. They can decline instead, and a declined document tells you so immediately with whatever reason they typed.
When the last signer is done, everyone named on the document - sender and signers - gets the completed file and its audit trail, automatically.
