How the review works

247Docs is not a self-serve signup. Everything sent from this service arrives in someone's inbox asking them to sign something, so every desk is opened by a person who read the application first. That is the whole reason our mail lands in an inbox rather than a spam folder.

What the review looks at

• A real name, a real business, and a deliverable email address.
• Paperwork that belongs on an e-signature service - not a will, not a court order.
• A volume band that matches the business you describe.
• Confirmation that you are 18 or older.

Most applications are decided within two business days. You get an email either way, and a rejected application can be revised and sent back.
