Closing your account

Write to help@247docs.net from the address on the account. We confirm before anything is deleted.

You get 30 days to export completed documents and audit trails. After that your profile and drafts are erased, and the completed records we are required to retain are kept for the ten-year period described in the privacy policy.

Closing the account does not undo a document that has already been signed.
